1. Important Information Before Purchase
1.1 All beauty treatments purchased at DECORTÉ salon de beauté (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “we”) are subject to the following terms and conditions. Customers should be fully aware and understand that all treatments are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and may not be resold and/or transferred to others in any form. The Company reserves the right of final decision on any request to change treatments and/or products.
1.2 Customers who are pregnant, have sensitive skin, or are experiencing any health conditions should inform our staff prior to the treatment. The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any discomfort or complications that may arise during or after the treatment due to such conditions.
1.3 In the event of special circumstances affecting the customer’s physical condition (including but not limited to death or cognitive impairment) requiring membership transfer to another person, valid medical documentation must be provided. The Company reserves the right of final decision on whether such membership transfer will be approved.
2. Treatment Appointment
2.1 All treatments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Customers arriving without an appointment may not be able to receive service.
2.2 Appointments can be made up to 60 days in advance.
2.3 Appointment allocation is subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to reassign beauty therapists or adjust arrangements as necessary.
3. Treatment Session Arrangements
3.1 Appointment times are based on the online booking system. If a customer fails to arrive on time, the treatment duration may be shortened accordingly without compensation. For no-shows or late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes, the Company reserves the right to automatically deduct the session from the customer’s treatment package.
4. Cancellation or Rescheduling
4.1 Cancellations or changes to an appointment must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time via phone (+852 2835 6313) or WhatsApp (+852 5599 3273). Otherwise, the session will be automatically deducted.
4.2 Each customer is entitled to cancel and/or reschedule a treatment appointment only once. If cancellation and/or rescheduling occurs more than once, the treatment will be automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
5. Treatment Fees and Validity
5.1 All paid beauty treatments must be settled at the DECORTÉ counter at SOGO Causeway Bay on the day of the treatment.
5.2 Complimentary beauty treatments offered as part of a purchase must be booked online with the Facial Voucher Number provided, and the original Facial Voucher must be presented to the beauty therapist on the treatment day.
5.3 All treatments are valid for 180 days from the date of issue. From the 181st day onward, the treatment will expire and its cash value will automatically be forfeited without notice. The Company reserves the right to handle expired treatments at its discretion.
5.4 Complimentary treatments and promotional offers are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and non-exchangeable for other treatments.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for treatments.
6.2 Customers are responsible for arranging their schedules to complete all treatments within the validity period. Expired treatments are non-refundable.
6.3 Appointments are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Failure to secure a booking will not be accepted as a reason for a refund.
6.4 Customers must accept the beauty therapist assigned by the Company. Requests for refunds due to inability to book a specific therapist will not be accepted.
6.5 Treatments are available only at designated locations. Refunds will not be granted if the customer is unable to attend at a specific location.
6.7 The results of products and/or treatments vary from person to person. Refund requests based on unsatisfactory results will not be accepted under any circumstances.
7. Other Terms and Conditions
7.1 All images are for reference only.
7.2 In case of dispute, DECORTÉ HK reserves the right of final decision.
